The engineers at Wagner Tuning have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency and have improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. The Competition Intercooler provides a 53% larger frontal area and 52% more volume compared to the original intercooler.
Constructed of the highest quality Tube and Fin intercooler cores, combined with cast aluminum optimized by CAD. Flow analysis and simulations were created to optimize the design for the best possible internal airflow. The Competition Intercooler is the best choice when it comes to performance gains, low intake temperatures and less pressure drop than the OEM Intercooler.
